The Personal Data you supply, or we collect from you, is for the purposes of 

1.    Forming or performing a contract between us and/or

2.    Consent

We do not disclose any information to any other organisation unless we are bound to by law. 

We retain your data in-line with legal retention standards, but you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data which we will do unless there is a legal reason why we cannot do so. 

Also, please also bear in mind that we will not be able to continue to perform a contract with you if you ask us to delete your data. 

And you have the Right of Access to your data free of charge. 

We maintain your email address for up to seven years to comply with providing audit trails for taxation and accounting purposes to evidence existence of a contract and up to four years where you have given consent.
